Ingredients

Scale

Proteins

  • 23 Chicken Breasts, seasoned with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

Cheeses

  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Sauces & Condiments

  • 3 cups Alfredo Sauce (rich and creamy)

Pasta

  • 1 package Frozen Lasagna Noodles (no-boil)

Vegetables (Optional)

  • 12 cups Fresh Spinach (optional)

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place them in the bottom of the Crockpot as the first layer to keep them juicy and infuse flavor as they cook.
  2. Add a Layer of Sauce and Cheese: Pour a generous amount of Alfredo sauce over the chicken evenly. Dollop ricotta cheese over the sauce and sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan to create a melty, cheesy layer.
  3. Layer the Noodles: Place a layer of frozen lasagna noodles on top of the cheese. These no-boil noodles will soften during cooking, absorbing the flavors and sauces.
  4. Repeat the Layers: Continue layering chicken (shredded if you prefer), Alfredo sauce, ricotta, shredded cheeses, and noodles until all ingredients are used or the Crockpot is full.
  5. Cook and Serve: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until noodles are tender and cheese is bubbly. Let it rest for about 10 minutes after cooking to set before serving.

Notes

  • Use thick, rich Alfredo sauce to prevent watery layers.
  • Keep lasagna noodles frozen until layering to maintain texture.
  • Shred chicken before layering for easier eating and better layering.
  • Do not overfill the Crockpot; leave space at the top to prevent overflow.
  • Allow the dish to rest for about 10 minutes after cooking for clean slicing.
