  • 1/2 cup fresh Key lime juice
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix them with melted butter and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking pan to form a solid, even base.
  2. Whisk the Filling: In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, fresh Key lime juice, egg yolks, and powdered sugar. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened, ensuring the lime juice is fully incorporated.
