Easy Kinder Bueno Tiramisu

Easy Kinder Bueno Tiramisu is a quick and indulgent dessert that combines classic creamy, coffee-soaked tiramisu layers with the irresistible hazelnut and chocolate flavors of Kinder Bueno. Perfect for dessert lovers of all ages, this recipe is simple to prepare, requires minimal ingredients, and can be made ahead for hassle-free entertaining or personal treats.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • Mascarpone cheese – 250g (about 9 oz)
  • Heavy cream – 200ml (about 3/4 cup)
  • Sugar – 75g (about 1/3 cup)
  • Kinder Bueno bars – 3 bars, chopped
  • Espresso or strong coffee – 250ml (about 1 cup), cooled
  • Ladyfingers – 200g (about 20 pieces)
  • Cocoa powder – for dusting
  • Hazelnut spread (optional) – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Mixture: Whisk mascarpone cheese with sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined and creamy.
  2. Brew and Cool Your Coffee: Prepare strong espresso or coffee and let it cool to room temperature. This will be used to soak your ladyfingers and provide the classic tiramisu coffee flavor.
  3. Assemble the Layers: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee, making sure not to soak too long to avoid sogginess. Lay a layer of dipped ladyfingers in your serving dish, followed by a generous spread of the creamy mascarpone mixture. Sprinkle chopped Kinder Bueno pieces evenly over this layer for added crunch and nutty sweetness.
  4. Repeat and Finish: Repeat the dipping and layering process once more, ending with a final layer of mascarpone cream. Dust the top with cocoa powder using a fine sieve and decorate with extra Kinder Bueno pieces or a drizzle of chocolate if desired.
  5. Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld and textures to perfect. Serve chilled and garnish as desired.

Notes

  • Use cold mascarpone and heavy cream for better texture.
  • Do not over-soak ladyfingers to avoid soggy layers.
  • Chop Kinder Bueno bars finely to distribute crunch evenly.
  • Allow sufficient chilling time for best flavor and texture.
  • Make the tiramisu a day ahead to simplify serving on busy days.
