Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season them lightly with salt and pepper to ensure every bite is flavorful.
  2. Sauté Garlic and Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and stir until fragrant but not browned. Then add the chicken strips and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until they are golden and cooked through.
  3. Warm the Tortillas: Briefly warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave to make them soft and easier to roll without cracking.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese in the center. Add a layer of the cooked garlic chicken, and top with optional fresh herbs or veggies as desired.
  5. Melt the Cheese: Fold the tortilla around the fillings, then place it back in the skillet over low heat for a couple of minutes on each side. Press slightly to melt the cheese and achieve a light golden crisp on the wraps.
